  1. Good to once again see what you are seeing and read what you are thinking about, Bev. I’ve missed your blogging presence. Because of our frequent cloud cover here in Washington State, seeing the moon is always a treat. We’ve had a lot of rain and more rain is predicted, but the moon in that phase was visible here, too. I learned from another blogger that his people called the moon nookomis.

    From Wikipedia:
In the Ojibwe language, nookomis means “my grandmother.”

  2. It’s been way to rainy and cloudy here to see the moon. It’s wonderful to see your photo of it.
I am so glad to see a post here, Bev.

  3. Hi Am,
I am trying to do more posting now — I do a lot on FB, but seem to not get around to my blog that much. It’s partly because the wordpress app stuff seems to have changed and it’s giving me a lot of trouble. I should not have upgraded something in it as it made things a lot worse and I don’t know how to change it back (doh!!). Anyhow, I did manage to upload some of my recent paintings to do a few posts. I’ve found a work-around for the problems — at least for now. Hopefully I can get this all figured out! 🙂
